This is part of the latest disappointing statement from TTE

Following today’s Government announcement about the further easing of lockdown restrictions, Table Tennis England is seeking further clarification about the guidance we can issue to clubs and individual players.

We are disappointed that today’s announcement contained inconsistencies around which facilities will or will not be allowed to open from July 4 and did not refer to a specific date for the reopening of indoor facilities such as leisure centres and sports clubs.

However, despite this lack of clarity, we are cautiously optimistic about the general positive steps being taken by the Government as we continue to work towards returning to indoor sport including table tennis.
